12” inch deep below ground base is more stable. Though that’s what I did with an INTEX 48” deep x 18’. Also converted the filter with a sand filter. Really nice pool for plug & play.

Very good work, sir. I like the idea of having a little more substantial pivot point, with a firm bushing on the axle to fix the center point level. Otherwise, this was an awesome idea. Also, and I would like to hear from you guys on this: what do you think about having a bottom drain?. A skimmer is a poor method to efficiently filter pool water and we want or water to be clear, do we not?. Thanks for the video!
